Dr. Amber Jameson

Dr. Jameson joined the Clinic in April 2014.

She spent her time after graduating from the Atlantic Vet College in 2011 doing an internship in Paton and Martin Veterinary Services in British Columbia, then she worked for a year in Tavistock Ontario doing mixed practice before returning to PEI to work at CVC. Now her focus is mainly on companion animals. She is now performing the traditional Chinese medicine of Accupuncture on our patients. (including horses, cats and dogs.)

She resides in Hunter River with her husband, Ian and their dog Norah, who loves Scruffy (her cheeky cat) more than anything or anyone else in the world. It’s to the point that when they spend a night apart, Norah feels the need to sleep in the small cat bed up on the table, just because she missed him so much. Also they have a new cat Wednesday who loves her life out in the barn with their horses Angel and Rose!

Amber enjoys crafting, painting, pottery and scuba diving!

Her bucket list items include scuba diving in the Galapagos Islands
