Small Animal Veterinarian

Dr. Karen Strehler grew up in Bonshaw PEI, and now she lives in Albany with her husband and 2 girls, Rosie and Lily.
She graduated from AVC in 2016 and worked at the Montague Veterinary Clinic for 1.5 years in the small animal medicine department before joining our team at CVC in March of 2018. Dr. Strehler has been a great addition to the team and has a special interest in Theriogenology (reproduction) and surgery!
In her free time, she can be found either at her parent’s dairy farm where they breed and train Hanoverian horses or at her partner’s family dairy farm. She also has one huge and sweet Greater Swiss Mountain Dog!
